According to the Electronic Communications Act, visitors to a website must be informed for privacy reasons that cookies are used. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user's online behavior. Personal information
When you shop at Bombola AB, you accept our data policy and processing of your personal data. We protect your privacy and do not collect more information than is necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your information to third parties without lawful grounds. Bombola AB is responsible for the processing of personal data, which you have given us as much as possible. Your personal data is processed by us in order to be able to handle your order and in cases where you have requested newsletters or campaign offers - in order to be able to adapt the marketing to your individual needs. The information below is a summary of how we store and process your information in accordance with the data protection regulation (GDPR).

Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly linked to a natural person.
What information do we store?
In order to be able to handle your order and answer questions regarding your order (customer service), we store your first name, last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history. Your information is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your information, e.g. in order to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation according to, for example, the bookkeeping act.
Legal basis
In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed in order to fulfill the agreement with you. Marketing, campaigns and similar mailings take place with your consent.
What information is shared, and for what purpose?
Payment provider When completing the purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. The information stored is your first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, the social security number is also stored with the payment provider. The information is saved to be able to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud. The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Klarna, GooglePay, Mastercard, ShopPay, ApplePay and Visa.
Shipping company In order to deliver your orders and fulfill our agreement, we have to share specific information with the shipping company. The information shared with the freight company, your first name, last name and address information for delivery. E-mail address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the freight company for advising. The shipping companies we work with are: Postnord.
The right to access
You have the right to be provided with all the information we have about you. The information is delivered electronically in a readable format.
Right to correction
You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or to supplement information that is incomplete.
The right to be forgotten
You can ask to have your information deleted at any time. There are a few exceptions to the right to erasure, for example if the information is to be stored so that we can fulfill a legal obligation (e.g. according to the Bookkeeping Act).

Bombola AB is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the webshop and ensures that the rules are observed.
This is how we protect your personal data
We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process and communicate sensitive information, such as personal data and access codes, in a secure manner. We use Shopify as a platform, a Canadian e-commerce company headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario.
