• Can I cancel/change my order?

It is fine to cancel/change your order as long as your order has not been shipped. We have fast dispatches and therefore it is important to be quick with your change/cancellation. Contact info@bombola.se to cancel/change your order.

  • How do I make a return?

1) Click on " Return " at the bottom
2) Read the above terms of purchase carefully
3) " Click here to register your return "
4) Select the product you want to return
5) Pay the return fee
6) Download the waybill that is generated
7) Print the waybill
8) Wrap the product with any kraft paper and bubble wrap to ensure that the products are not damaged during delivery
9) Stick the delivery note on the package and leave the package at the nearest post office

Note! You should return the products to us no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice and report a return to info@bombola.se no later than 14 days. You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.

    • One or more products are missing from my package, what do I do?

    Send us a message about which product/s were missing from the package to info@bombola.se. Bring your order number and we'll help you from there.

    • I have received my products but I want to make an exchange

    Read "How do I make a return?" and place a new order on our website for the product(s) you wish to replace. If the total is less than 499, you will be charged a new shipment.

    • I have received a broken product

    For complaints about broken shipments, it is important that you email us at infor@bombola.se with pictures that clearly show below:
    - The address label on the delivery. The entire label must be visible and the text legible.
    - The shipment in its entirety: all sides of the outer packaging, as well as any packaging damage.
    - Any inner packaging.
    - In addition, pictures showing the product as it was packaged. If the product was delivered in a box, open it and take a photo from above so that both the product and the packaging are visible exactly as they were when they arrived.

        • How long is the delivery time?

        The delivery time is normally 3-5 working days.

        • How do I track my package?

        After your order has been shipped from the warehouse, you will receive a separate email with a tracking number. Paste the tracking ID into track.postnord.com .
        You will also receive SMS notifications about the status of your delivery from PostNord. You will also receive an email when there are 5 days left to collect your package from the post office/parcel box.

        • I have not collected my parcel from the postman

        If you, as a customer, would not pick up your order from the postal agent, we will charge a fee of SEK 250 including VAT. This is to cover shipping and administration costs. Email info@bombola.se and we will help you from there.

        • I have not received an SMS notification regarding my delivery

        It is important that you enter the correct mobile number to receive SMS notifications. Check if you have entered an incorrect mobile number. If you have written the wrong mobile number, contact us at info@bombola.se and we will help you from there. Otherwise, there is a risk that you will miss your package and then it will be returned. See what applies to "I have not collected my parcel from the postman".

        • I cannot extend the length of stay or change information

        Unfortunately, it is not possible to extend the length of stay when collecting packages via Paketbox. It is only possible to change information or extend the length of stay via staffed postal agents.

        • Transport damage

        If you as a customer pick up a package from the postman and discover that it is damaged, you must report the damage with pictures to us immediately. We need to receive the report immediately after you have collected the package from the postman so that we can resolve the matter in the smoothest way and to be able to claim the delivery.
