Order/Return
It is fine to cancel/change your order as long as your order has not been shipped. We have fast dispatches and therefore it is important to be quick with your change/cancellation. Contact info@bombola.se to cancel/change your order.
To create a return, it is important that you send the following information to info@bombola.se:
Name
Address
Email address
Order number
Which/which product/products the return applies to
When returning, we charge a shipping fee of SEK 99.
Note! You should return the products to us no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice and report a return to info@bombola.se no later than 14 days. You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
Write to the product(s) that were missing from the package to info@bombola.se. Bring your order number and we'll help you from there.
Read "How do I make a return?" and place a new order on our website for the product(s) you wish to replace. If the total is less than 499, you will be charged a new shipment.

Discount codes
Discount codes cannot be combined with discounted products or power tools. If you still have problems applying the discount code, please contact info@bombola.se and we will help you from there.

Delivery
The delivery time is normally 3-5 working days.
After your order on bombola.se, you will receive a separate email about how to track your package.
Paste the tracking ID into track.postnord.com . Select PostNord as "Parcel" and click on "Search". Click "Click for Details" to get detailed information.
You will also receive SMS notifications about the status of your delivery from PostNord.
If you, as a customer, would not pick up your order from the postal agent, we will charge a fee of SEK 250 including VAT. This is to cover shipping and administration costs. Mail info@bombola.se and we will help you from there.
It is important that you enter the correct mobile number to receive SMS notifications. Check if you have entered an incorrect mobile number. If you have written the wrong mobile number, contact us at info@bombola.se and we will help you from there. Otherwise, there is a risk that you will miss your package and then it will be returned. Unfortunately, it is not possible to extend the length of stay when collecting packages via Paketbox. It is only possible to change information or extend the length of stay via staffed postal agents.
To solve this, you need to contact Postnord and ask them to redirect the package to a staffed postal agent. Once the package is redirected, we can update your details so that you can collect the package. Note that this should be done well in advance. If the package is returned, it is considered an unclaimed package.
Miscellaneous
Remove the nozzle and rinse it thoroughly with water to clear any blockages.
