Read below important information
You have the right to a 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the moment you have received an item that you have ordered.

When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must create a return with us no later than 14 days after you collect your products. In your return, you must state which enter the order number and email address to be able to create your return and which goods the return applies to. You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice. You are responsible for return shipping of SEK 149, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in the original packaging and ensure that the package reaches us. From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product in the case of a used or damaged product.
When we have received your return package, our staff will inspect the package and the products carefully. If it meets the return conditions, we will refund you to the payment method you used.
When returning, we charge a return shipping fee of SEK 149.
Shipping is not refundable.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
The right of withdrawal begins on the day you received or picked up the goods. We reserve the right to refuse a return after 14 days after you collect the goods or receive the goods. You must collect the goods from the postal agent for the right of withdrawal to apply.
Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you.
If you send your products back after the 14-day cancellation period has expired, we will send your products back and invoice you for a cost of SEK 250, which covers shipping costs and administrative work.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, it is not possible to return/claim an item due to dissatisfaction. We have no satisfaction guarantee.

How do I?
1) Read the above terms and conditions carefully
2) Click on the link at the bottom " Click here to register your return "
3) Select the product you want to return
4) Pay the return fee
5) Download the waybill that is generated
6) Print the waybill
7) Wrap the product with any kraft paper and bubble wrap to ensure that the products are not damaged during delivery
8) Stick the delivery note on the package and leave the package at the nearest post office
