Terms of purchase

Order

When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. The confirmation contains all information about products, price, billing and delivery address. If there is an error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us via e-mail at info@bombola.se. In the checkout, the total price is shown, including any discounts, VAT and other fees.

Delivery

Our normal delivery time is 1-5 working days. ATTENTION! Orders placed on weekends are shipped on Monday at the earliest. Please note that during holidays such as Christmas or major campaigns, delays may occur.

If there are delays in delivery (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us by e-mail: info@bombola.se.

Shipping fee of DKK 99 applies to all orders.

As soon as your shipment is sent from our warehouse, you will receive a separate e-mail where you can track your delivery. If you can't find the e-mail from us, please check your spam folder.

Prices

All prices in the store are stated in DKK and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices as a result of changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list or incorrect information.

Payment

Right of withdrawal

When purchasing goods on our website, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the day you receive the goods you have ordered. The customer is responsible for the return freight and you are responsible for the products being returned in the same condition as when received.

  • By using your right of cancellation:
    You must request a return from us no later than 14 days after you have received your products. In your return, you must state your order number and your e-mail address to create your return, as well as which products the return relates to. You must return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after your request. You are responsible for return shipping of DKK 149, and the products must be returned well wrapped and in their original packaging, so they reach us safely. We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the product's depreciation from the refunded amount if the product is used or damaged.
    When we have received your return package, we will inspect the package and the products thoroughly. If the return meets the conditions, we will refund you via the payment method you used.

    For returns, we charge a shipping fee of DKK 149.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
    The right of withdrawal begins on the day you receive or pick up the goods. We reserve the right to reject returns requested after 14 days from receipt. You must pick up your goods from the pick-up location so that the right of withdrawal can apply.
    If you send the products back after the cancellation period of 14 days has expired, we will return the products to you and invoice you DKK 250 for shipping and administration costs.

According to the Danish sales law, it is not possible to return or complain about a product due to dissatisfaction. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee.

Conditions for ikke-afhentet package

The shipment is at the collection point for 7 days, before it is returned to us. If you do not pick up your order, we charge a fee of DKK 250 including VAT when we receive the package. The fee is deducted from the existing order summary. If the order sum is below DKK 250, no refund will be made.

These fees cover shipping and handling costs. If you still want the products, please place a new order at bombola.dk.

Repayment

In the case of refunds, it can take between 3-10 business days (from the refund date) before the money can be seen in your account.

The customer has received the wrong products

If the customer has received incorrect products, the customer must first return them before we send the correct products. We cover the shipping costs. Pack and return the incorrect products to a collection point within 14 days from the day you contacted us about the error. It is important that you meet this deadline, so that we can process your complaint efficiently.

The customer is missing one or more products in the package

The customer must inform us and send a picture of the package to info@bombola.se.

Transport damage

If you discover that a package is damaged upon collection, you must immediately report the damage with pictures to us. We need the report immediately after you have collected the package, so we can solve the problem quickly and handle the delivery complaint.

Own responsibility when choosing a parcel machine due to risk of frost damage

As you know, it is important that you are aware that you have full responsibility for your package when you choose delivery to a parcel machine. The parcel machines are outdoors, and in cold periods there is a risk that products, especially those that are sensitive to cold, may be damaged due to low temperatures. Unfortunately, if the products freeze and are damaged, we cannot be held responsible. We recommend that you collect your package quickly, or choose delivery to a staffed collection point in the winter months.

PostNord parcel machine

Unfortunately, it is not possible to extend the storage time or change information when picking up a package via a parcel machine. Extension of the storage period and change of information can only be done via staffed post offices.

Please note that if you choose delivery to a parcel machine, we cannot guarantee that your parcel will end up there. The parcel machines may be full, and in that case your parcel will be delivered to a staffed post office. We cannot take responsibility for where your parcel ends up if the parcel machine is full, and you must accept that the delivery can take place to a staffed collection point if the machine is full.

If a customer does not collect the package, the same will apply as Conditions for non-collected package .

Complaint

We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or defective upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation, to correct the defect at no cost to you.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be submitted immediately after the fault has been discovered, no later than 24 months after the purchase.

In the event of a complaint, it is important that the product is not used. The products must be returned to us in the same condition as they were received, including original packaging and labeling. If the products have been used, changed or otherwise deviate from their original condition, we reserve the right to reject the claim.

How do you file a complaint?

Any errors and defects must always be reported to info@bombola.se, where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.

If we are unable to remedy the error or deliver an equivalent product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer legislation. We cover the return freight for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective according to applicable consumer legislation. In the event of rejected complaints, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred. In the case of complaints, we follow the guidelines from Forbrugerklagenævnet .

Limitation of liability

We assume no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.

We accept no responsibility for delays or errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can include, for example, layoffs, fire, war, authority decisions, reduced or non-existent deliveries from suppliers.

We also do not assume responsibility for any changes to products or product properties, which are made by suppliers or which are due to circumstances beyond our control.

Product information

We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors on this website and to make reservations for out-of-stock items. We cannot guarantee that the images of the products fully reflect the actual appearance of the products, as color differences may occur depending on screen settings, photo quality and resolution. We always try to show the products as accurately as possible. The images on bombola.dk are not always updated after the latest changes. We strive to keep all product images updated.

Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The amended terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.

Disputes and choice of law

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably with the company's customer service and the customer, you can turn to Forbrugerklagenævnet . For customers residing in an EU country other than Denmark, complaints can be submitted online via the EU Commission's platform for dispute settlement, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .

In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from Forbrugerklagenævnet or a similar dispute resolution body.

Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms shall be decided according to Danish law and law.
