Complaint/Broken shipment
If you need to make a complaint, please contact us via e-mail at info@bombola.se and attach relevant pictures.
To handle claims for damaged deliveries, please ensure that the following requirements are met: Attach images that clearly show:
- The address label on the delivery. The entire label must be visible and the text legible.
- The shipment in its entirety: all sides of the outer packaging, as well as any packaging damage.
Possible inner packaging. - In addition, pictures showing the product as it was packaged. If the product was delivered in a box, open it and take a photo from above so that both the product and the packaging are visible exactly as they were when they arrived.
